Refunds & Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help with easy returns and refunds within 30 days of delivery.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • Tags, labels, and any accessories that came with the product must be intact.

  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of the order being delivered.

  • Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) must be provided.

  • Uncut, Complete 360 Degree Video of Unboxing package is required to claim REFUND, EXCHANGE or RETURN

Note: Certain items such as innerwear, swimwear, customized products, and accessories are not eligible for return or exchange for hygiene and safety reasons.


2. How to Initiate a Return

Include the following details:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for return

  • Clear images of the product (if defective/damaged)

  • Uncut, Complete 360 Degree Video of Unboxing package

Once your request is reviewed, our team will provide you with the return shipping instructions.


3. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will bear the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to personal preference (size, color, change of mind), the shipping cost must be borne by the customer.

  • Please ensure the product is securely packed to prevent any damage during transit.


4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email or phone regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 days for the refund to reflect in your account.


5. Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchanges for eligible items (e.g., size or color). 

  • Exchanges are processed after we receive the returned product in its original condition.

  • If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we’ll issue a full refund instead.

  • For approved exchanges/returns, the replacement product will be delivered within 5-7 business days

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit/debit card company.

  3. If you still haven’t received it, please contact us at daghafashion@gmail.com with your order details.


7. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Innerwear, lingerie, swimwear, and hygiene-related products

  • Customized or personalized orders


8. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos, Uncut, Complete 360 Degree Video of Unboxing package and order details.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
